"No one is born a dancer, you have to want it more than anything." ~ Mikhail Baryshnikov
* No special outfits required, just wear loose unrestricted clothing (i.e. leggings, joggers, loose skirts or whatever else you feel comfortable in). Make sure you bring water or another drink with you! We usually dance in bare feet, but if you would prefer something on your feet you can wear suitable dance shoes or maybe socks with grips underneath. Even though we wear quite elaborate costumes for performances, our attire in class is very relaxed and informal (unless of course you want to dress up!)...Bellydance can be a strenuous activity. Prior to participating in a class you will be asked to complete a Fitness to Dance Questionnaire, a printable copy of this form is attached to the link below. Please read through this form carefully to make sure that Bellydance is suitable for you. This information is for our files only, please be assured that your personal details will remain confidential. If you have any queries about this form, please feel free to contact Christine or Maxine to discuss this further...
